The cure to depression,and other mental disorders by Knowing Thyself



Most of us in this modern society faces depression,stress,anxieties,fears.Number of suicides are also increasing due to the fact that they don't know how to deal with it.Problems arise in daily lives,and humans are fleeing from from em rather than fixing or facing the problem.



           Back in stone age millenia,humans depend on their survival instincts for their survival in life,otherwise they aren't able to escape from the dangers of this world.Thanks to our ancestors survival instincts,we are able to reproduce and develop into a better human being.Those survival instincts is what we scientists,call it as the ''fight-or-flight-response''.When we sense danger,we flee from that situation right away without the need of thinking,otherwise it could harm us very badly.That is why,when we are in a stressful situation we act right away without further thinking.Sometimes,survival instincts are useful and sometimes not.Because overstimulation of the nervous system,gives rise in cortisols(stress hormones) which could eventually upset your mind.The mind affects the body.The body responses to the mind,by making our body feel very ill.Why?Because your immune system  weakens,the moment u have negative thoughts.
           There are ways to control your nervous system and your mind so that it doesnt haywire.But first of all,whats the utmost important thing here is "Knowing thyself".Why is this essential?I just want a quick way to get rid of my DEPRESSION! URGH.Wait.Not so fast,knowing thyself is the way of getting thru depression as the SOLUTION  to thy problem is thru thy PROBLEM itself,so why bother spending money for medications?In this world,there are no shortcuts,u will still need to go thru hardships in order to achieve whatever you want in life.How well,do u know about yourself?Are you even conscious of what u have been doing for all this years?Do you love yourself more or do you love other people more?If the answer is no,then u needa discover yourself.But where shall i start?By knowing your strengths,weaknesses.Yep.That's the very basic start of knowing oneself.It's as simple as ABC,all you gotta do is get a piece of paper and start writing whatever is necessary or getting yourself a book just for your own where u can jot down important notes of yourself in the future.Useful as it seems to be,u are going to need to read it everyday to fill out those missing holes in your life just like Mendelev Periodic Table!Now once that is done,go online and do some personality test.Here's one that I find very useful:

Why would u need to do these psychometric tests?A-ha.They will tell you what you are,and as you go thru the test,the results will tell you "what are u like".For that,u will have a lil sense of self and again jot down in paper.
Well,next is to read as many books as possible that can relate to your own personal problem such as Anxiety,Depression,Fear,Social Phobias or Self-Developing books.Books does help,so if ur not used to reading books,I suggest that better u force yourself to do so.Books are powerful,written by people who share their daily life experiences,knowledge.Remember! Knowledge from books are powerful!With knowledge,it avoids us from abundance and ignorance. Here are some of the books,I recommend for you to get to know yourself better:

When reading these books,make sure to write down some important notes,it'll open your mind later in the future when you are feeling troubled.Read as many kind of books as possible and I promise you that you will start to be aware of what is happening of your surroundings and as well as what life really means.Its kind of like aafter long deep slumber,u finally get the wake-up call as to live life at it's fullest.
If you really have the time,i highly recommend that you go deeper into understanding of the human brain and the psychology of it because it will help you understand why have u acted the way u act and what triggers what.Being able to understand the mechanism of human,u should get a better control of yourself because u are the DOCTOR of yourself so why bother seek help from DOCTORS?Everything in life is about thyself.It is YOU who can change YOURSELF.It is YOU who control YOURSELF.No one can help and understand u better than THYSELF.



Thyself,opens the mind to question why why why.Not only,does it help in solving your mental disorders but it also gets u to being curious of the nature of the universe.That is what life really meant.The purpose to seek and learn.Limit yourself from the illusion of the world,as nothing here is real.It's all deception,which will only bring to your own destruction.Live your life.Seek knowledge and ye will never be DEPRESSED ever again.
